Alternative News Sources

An analogy might be that collectively these links are all like wandering around looking out the windows of a many roomed and many dimensional house, and yet through much clearer and more “honest” glass, than what are the mostly one-dimensional solid-walled and overly painted windows of mainstream corporate media and “news,” which is pretty much all that is available to most people via television, radio and the liberal ruling class “print” medias like the NYT and WaPo…

The more time we spend wandering around and looking via these alternative ways, the better sense we will begin to have about what is going on in the larger world(s) around us…

With plural “worlds” to suggest a sort of way of learning about what all us many, many myriad peoples on this planet believe our differently appearing worlds and their major events are actually about, what really matters, and what is true…

Even as what is true can look and feel somewhat, and sometimes even exceedingly, different – from different directions, different perspectives, different beliefs, different values, etc., etc…

The more we are willing to do this sort of thing, that is, look around and listen in, from as many directions as possible, the more we may also begin to get a sense of what is, really, relatively and effectively true for ourselves, from our very own “here,” so to speak…

“Here” is to suggest a place or stand where we ourselves as individuals and communities are also part of a larger global human collective that over the last several millenniums has arisen out of an even larger global Life collective, and where we are ALL of us, all of life together, really actually standing and looking out at each other and the world from…
